January 2015 - WEEKDAYS

A month before the big rebrand, most of the classics will already leave the schedule. Looney Tunes, A Pup Named Scooby Doo and Tom and Jerry Kids are all gone, replaced by more of the same shows. Scooby Doo Where Are You? is back replacing A Pup Named Scooby Doo and the 1979 version of Scooby and Scrappy Doo. This month will be one of the worst schedules ever, February is actually better with at least Tiny Toon coming back and a more structured schedule. Mr Bean Animated series was supposed to come in January but that has been postponed so it's due to come in the next few months.

  1. On the weekends The Jetsons is gone too and The Flintstones gets double bills on sundays at 18:00 CET
I agree that now Boomerang Europe looks horrible, i hope that they will bring back at least the classic Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry after the rebrand.

  2. Anonymous, Turner should pay more attention to buy dubbings for Tom and Jerry & Looney Tunes (classics).

  3. CNBoom Poland Blog, why do you need dubbings for Tom and Jerry (1940s-1950s)?

  4. Poland have full dubbing for T&J Shorts, I mean that Russia should dubbed all of the shorts from T&J.

  5. CNBoom Poland Blog, what about Romania, do they have dubbings for all T&J shorts or just the few ones they're showing these days on Boom?

  6. @Anonymous: Probably no. The few ones Boom shows, because they have no rights to show that cartoons.

  7. Wait a minute! Wait a minute! Tom and Jerry doesn't have dialogue with the exception of the owner/Mammy Two-Shoes and Spike and the duck and Tuffy. What is so bad about just having them air without dubs in Russia?-Georgi

  8. Because some shorts had also dubbed dialogues, so they must dubbed them in each country, also in Poland. However, the Polish dubbing for T&J Shorts was made in 1995, and Turner Entertainment and Warner Bros. uses that dubbing to air via TV's in Poland and release them to DVD.
