  1. You meant to say "JUNE brings a new morning schedule on weekends.." ;)

  2. I cannot believe it... there are dozens of Hanna-Barbera movies, and the Boomerang repeats only about 10 of them...
    What a shame.

    1. Russian dubbing issues, brother...

    2. Agreed. I miss Hanna-Barbera's ''Hey, There It's Yogi Bear!'', ''Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf'' ''Yogi Bear and the Spruce Goose'' and ''I Yabba-Dabba Do''.

But why don't the Russians dub the movies and series?

  3. @RNDH1987: Didn't you notice that the Bunnicula premiere from 23rd May has been postponed? This is according to NewBogus from Toonzone

  4. Am I correct in assuming that the reason why we don't get to see ''Top Cat'', ''Wacky Races'', ''Popeye'' and ''The Hair Bear Bunch'' is political correctness. Don't get me wrong. I enjoy ''Be Cool, Scooby-Doo'', but we need the Hanna-Barbera classics back. They made Boomerang what it was.

    2. @Georgi Mihailov that's not the reason. The reason is because most of the HB classics (with the obvious exceptions like The Flintstones and The Jetsons) don't have russian dubbing and there aren't any plans on dubbing them. Btw there's a big chance the Russia feed might leave Boomerang CEE and if it does, the last dubbed country in Boom CEE will be Romanian and classics like "Top Cat", "Dastardly and Muttley" and "New Yogi Bear Show" are dubbed in Romanian ,which means that if the Russian feed leaves our beloved channel we once again might get some of those classics back.

    3. That's a pleasant thought. BTW, do you why they don't intend to dub those series?
