September 2012 WEEKDAYS

A lot of changes in schedule in September, in fact it's the first time in almost a year that schedule will look almost completely different. Here are some highlights:

1. Cartoonito expands even more, early morning and midday weekday slots now last till 07.25/12.45.

2. Krypto: The Super Dog is a new show joining Boomerang/Cartoonito block from September 10. It will air weekdays at 12.20 and a replay at 06.55 as part of Cartoonito's expanded blocks.

3. Wacky Races return to the schedule, after almost a year and will air weekdays at 08.45 & 21.35.
UPDATE:  Because of dubbing issues this is postponed. Instead Droopy, Master Detective airs at 08.45 and Hong Kong Phooey at 21.35.

4. Boomerang Cinema expands into weekdays and will air every Wednesday at 13.15. Also on weekends 2 different movies will be shown so that's 3 different movies every week. More about this in a special post.

5. Other cartoons returning after a short break: Help! It's the Hair Bear Bunch (08.20 & 23.50) ; Droopy, Master Detective (14.05 & 03.45) ; Popeye, hopefully this time for real (01.25)

6. New episodes of Garfield from September 3. and Bananas In Pyjamas from September 24.

7. Garfield's mini marathon from 14.30 till 16.00 on Sunday, September 2. Not sure if this is part of Boomerang Cinema.

So overall positive changes with more Boomerang Cinema and more classics back. Not a fan of Cartoonito expanding but at least Krypto is not a baby show so it's a good addition. I remember watching it on Boomerang France around 2005. The only bad change is that The Flintstones are gone from weekdays daytime and only air once in a terrible slot (03.15). At least on weekends they will stay in their evening slot (20.15). If there are any more changes or tweaks to this schedule, like in June and July, I will update it.
